General Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SELLIO. These General Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SELLIO platform, including all related websites, mobile applications, services, content, and features provided by SELLIO.

By accessing or using SELLIO, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Definitions

  • “SELLIO”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to PT Everest Victorious International and its affiliated entities.
  • “User”, “You”, or “Your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
  • “Services” refers to all products, services, applications, websites, features, technologies, and functionalities offered by SELLIO.
  • “Listing” means any advertisement, post, or content uploaded by a User for sale, purchase, promotion, or exchange through the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using SELLIO, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • All information provided by you is accurate and complete.

SELLIO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

3. User Account

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account;
  • Notify SELLIO immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

SELLIO reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

4. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content;
  • Violate any laws or regulations;

SELLIO may remove content or restrict access without prior notice if We determine that a violation has occurred.

5. Listings and Transactions

Users are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of Listings;
  • Pricing and descriptions;
  • Communication with buyers or sellers;
  • Compliance with applicable laws.

SELLIO acts only as an intermediary platform and is not a party to transactions between Users.

SELLIO does not guarantee:

  • The quality, safety, or legality of items;
  • The accuracy of Listings;
  • That transactions will be completed successfully.

Users conduct transactions at their own risk.

6. Payments

Certain Services may require payment.

By making payments through SELLIO, you agree that:

  • Payment information provided is accurate and authorized;
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated;
  • Third-party payment providers may process your transactions.

SELLIO reserves the right to modify pricing or fees at any time.

7. Prohibited Items and Activities

Users may not post or sell prohibited items including, but not limited to:

  • Illegal goods;
  • Counterfeit products;
  • Weapons or explosives;
  • Drugs or controlled substances;
  • Stolen property;
  • Adult or offensive materials prohibited by law;
  • Items violating intellectual property rights.

SELLIO reserves the right to remove prohibited content and cooperate with authorities where necessary.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including trademarks, logos, software, text, graphics, and content, are owned by or licensed to SELLIO.

You may not:

  • Copy;
  • Reproduce;
  • Modify;
  • Distribute;
  • Reverse engineer;
  • Commercially exploit

any part of the Services without prior written permission.

9. User Content

By submitting content to SELLIO, you grant SELLIO a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Use;
  • Reproduce;
  • Display;
  • Distribute;
  • Modify;
  • Promote

your content for the operation and promotion of the Services.

You remain responsible for the legality and ownership of the content you upload.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by the SELLIO Privacy Statement.

By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Statement.

11. Suspension and Termination

SELLIO may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the Services at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected;

  • Necessary to protect the platform or other users.

Users may also delete their accounts through account settings.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

SELLIO makes no warranties or representations regarding:

  • Availability or reliability of the Services;
  • Accuracy of content;
  • Suitability for specific purposes;
  • Error-free or uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SELLIO disclaims all implied warranties.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SELLIO shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits or revenue;
  • Loss of data;
  • Business interruption;
  • Damages arising from transactions between users.

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SELLIO, its affiliates, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights.

15. Changes to the Terms

SELLIO may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.
